What does your team do exactly? What is office design and planning?

We are a single source office furniture and interior design firm. This means we can advise you and provide many options to meet your office furniture needs, be it for corporate or healthcare purposes. We also can design your office space interior to ensure every piece is coordinated and balanced throughout.

Typically, an office furniture supplier is just that – a place where you can purchase pieces that fit into your space. The difference with our company is we are a one-stop shop for all of the processes involved with designing a space. No other vendors will be needed as we will ensure everything, down to the last detail, is taken care of for you. How long have you been in business?

We’ve been in business since 1989. Deb Hoffman, the owner, has owned and expanded the business to its current existence today. For over thirty years, we have been the personalized one-stop shop for thousands of small and medium sized healthcare and corporate businesses. We have helped each client to increase the style, energy and performance of their offices.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Our specialty is working with small to mid-sized Corporate and Healthcare organizations. Our owner, Deb Hoffman, is hands-on and ensures every detail is handled.

We enjoy working with small and medium sized companies as we’re able to provide personalized one-stop shop service. When compared to the large office design companies, we provide a customized approach rather than an automated process which feels routine and impersonal.

Within Healthcare spaces, we work with the Practice Administrator or Doctor  to understand the needs of the office. We then develop two or three concepts, explain why we chose certain pieces, such as specific waiting room or exam room furniture, and we also include the available options. Our goal is to make sure you’re comfortable with the available choices and options. This enables you to make the best educated decision for your space and budget. We then walk with you through the entire process from start to finish.

Our Corporate clients come to us because of our one-stop shop, personalized process from office space design and planning through to the implementation of the new office space concept. We ensure everything is taken care of and we help where help is needed. Maybe you know all of the components of your design with the exception of a few key items. Maybe you need a customized conference table and chairs that will fit into your odd conference room space. Or you need help finding special flooring materials for the foyer or getting your window coverings installed in a distant location. Through our detailed processes we make sure nothing is left unchecked.

I have a small Corporate office renovation. Can you help me with this?

Yes. We will meet with you to determine what is needed for your small office renovation. Once the project is identified and approved, the process will be set in motion so your office is ready for move in on the date agreed upon.

Will I be provided with different options for each of the components within my design?

Yes. During our initial meetings, you will be asked if there is anything specific which you want to be included. We also provide two to three options which will work within the entire project scheme and the project design. If you decide you don’t like any of the options provided, we have many to choose from and can provide additional selections as needed.

I need to update my outdated office with a new concept and branding yet my budget is small. Can you design a space which is full of style and energy on a tight budget?

Yes. Our team will work with you to develop a concept that works for your brand and your budget. There are many options available that can satisfy your office space needs within a limited budget.

We are accustomed to working with existing interior finishes and will add complementary office furniture and design elements to complete your new office design. We also can work your existing features of your office, such as wall coverings and flooring, into the new office concept. Each project is unique and may not require a full rip-out. We are limited to when the actual build out and renovation can take place in our office. Are you able to complete the work outside of office hours, on weekends or during a holiday break?

Yes. Many of our renovations take place outside of typical business hours, during the weekend or over a holiday. We understand your business needs and plan the build out schedule during the planning process so it does not disrupt your business operations. We also ensure nothing is left undone while walking you through the entire renovation process.

I need to maintain a secured area for all of my client information (HIPAA, IRS regulations, etc.). Can you help me to create this safeguarded area which is easy to use?

Yes. When we meet to discuss the details of your project, we will discuss your industry’s requirements and regulations to make sure you are in compliance. Your client’s information will be protected and safe from harm. If you don’t have the specifics, we can bring in an industry compliance expert to assist with the project. This contact will provide further details as to what will be required for your office to be in compliance by the completion of the project.
